Our portal provides an array of useful reporting tools. Athreon’s reports help you monitor and manage your account. Some of our reports include user activity, dictation volume, and turnaround time. Data may also be exported from the portal for use with third-party tools.
Users have the option to e-sign their files from their portal. The portal also supports multiple signatures when more than one person needs to review a document. If a graphical handwritten signature is preferred, this can be affixed to your electronically signed files as well.
Specific workflow rules can be configured to alleviate many of the manual tasks common with document management. For instance, completed files may be printed, exported to an EHR or even faxed. This can all be automated or handled manually based on client preference.
Our portal stores all historical data for the agreed upon term. This makes document lookups a breeze. Users have a variety of search options at their disposal. For instance, queries can be based on subject name, date of dictation, account number and many other options.
