Athreon clients always remain in total control of any data they send us. We understand that anywhere/anytime access to your files, from both workstations and mobile devices, is critical. This is why we make our feature-rich document management portal available at no additional cost to our clients.

Real-Time Monitoring:

Athreon’s portal shows you exactly what’s happening as it’s happening. Track what you’ve sent us and watch it move from dictation to transcription to quality assurance and then back to your in-box. Our portal removes any doubt about the status of your files.

Secure Access:

Restrictions can be set based on user role. For instance, managers may need to see all documents in the portal while others should have more limited access. Additionally, all actions taken on any of your documents (views, edits, prints, etc.) are tracked with our automated auditing.

Workgroups:

If you have multiple staff members who need to review documents together collaboratively, the Athreon portal is an excellent solution for teams. Our workgroup tools help teams improve their productivity and expedite document completion and delivery.

Analytics:

Our portal provides an array of useful reporting tools. Athreon’s reports help you monitor and manage your account. Some of our reports include user activity, dictation volume, and turnaround time. Data may also be exported from the portal for use with third-party tools.

Electronic Signature:

Users have the option to e-sign their files from their portal. The portal also supports multiple signatures when more than one person needs to review a document. If a graphical handwritten signature is preferred, this can be affixed to your electronically signed files as well.

Distribution:

Specific workflow rules can be configured to alleviate many of the manual tasks common with document management. For instance, completed files may be printed, exported to an EHR or even faxed. This can all be automated or handled manually based on client preference.

Archival:

Our portal stores all historical data for the agreed upon term. This makes document lookups a breeze. Users have a variety of search options at their disposal. For instance, queries can be based on subject name, date of dictation, account number and many other options.
